Book your drop-off or assessment
Your appointment reserves 15–20 minutes at 419 N Tenth St to hand over your unit and have it assessed. This appointment is not the repair completion time.

We confirm your final price and turnaround before any work begins. Your deposit is applied to your total; replacement lace, bundles, and other materials are priced separately.

We complete your prescribed treatment, and the remaining balance is due before pickup.

Before You Book
Can my wig be repaired?
Many can — but not all. It depends on your unit's condition, construction, and hair quality. Every repair begins with an assessment, and if a unit isn't a good candidate for restoration, we'll tell you before any work or charges beyond your booking deposit. A Crown Check-Up ($30) is the surest way to find out.
Can you work on a wig purchased elsewhere?
Yes. Our drop-off repair and restoration services are for your own units, wherever they were purchased — and our Custom Color Prescription is designed specifically for wigs bought outside The Wig Medics.
Which service should I book?
Match the service to the problem: a tired, tangled, or dull unit needs a Wig Revamp; damaged, balding, or worn lace needs Wig Surgery (lace replacement); lost fullness or length points to a Wig Transplant. If you're unsure, book a Crown Check-Up and we'll prescribe the right treatment — it's an option, never a requirement.
Is replacement lace included?
No. Replacement lace, hair bundles, and other materials are priced and sold separately from service labor, so you only pay for what your unit actually needs.
How does drop-off work?
Book online, then drop off your unit at 419 N Tenth St, St. Louis. Your appointment reserves 15–20 minutes for drop-off and assessment — it is not the repair itself. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking and is applied toward your total; the remaining balance is due before pickup.
When will I know the final price and turnaround?
After we've assessed your unit — and always before work begins. Starting prices are published with each service; your confirmed quote reflects your unit's condition, lace size, and the treatment it needs.
