Welcome to The Wig Medics! By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

  • All sales are subject to product availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All prices are in USD

2. Orders & Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept all major credit cards
  • Billing and shipping addresses must match to complete the transaction
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification for payment and shipping if necessary
  • Any attempt of credit card fraud or merchandise theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

3. Order Modifications

  • If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, a $10 administration fee will apply
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled

4. Custom Wig Orders - MEASUREMENT AGREEMENT

  • All custom wig orders require a consultation
  • Consultations must be scheduled within the first week of placing your order
  • Failure to complete the consultation may delay or cancel your order
  • BY PURCHASING A CUSTOM WIG, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:
    • You are responsible for selecting the correct cap size (Small, Medium, or Large) based on our wig sizing chart
    • You have accurately measured your head or consulted with us to determine the proper size
    • We will NOT provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges for incorrect size selection
    • We will NOT provide refunds, replacements, or exchanges if you provide incorrect measurements
    • Custom wigs are made specifically to your order and cannot be resold
  • Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason

5. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing times vary by product type (see Shipping Policy for details)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural events, or carrier issues
  • Shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Please refer to our â„ž Prescription Returns policy for complete details
  • Only unopened hair bundles may be returned within 2 days of delivery
  • All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee
  • Store credit only - no cash refunds
  • All wigs, lashes, medical units, and toupees are final sale

7. Product Use & Care

  • Products are sold for cosmetic use only
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, styling, or care
  • Normal shedding and tangling may occur with hair products

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of The Wig Medics
  • Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Wig Medics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not responsible for incorrect size selection or measurements provided by the customer

10. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and protect your personal information
  • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time
  • Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes
