Inbound shipping: you pay to send your unit to us, tracked. Return shipping: you pay — return shipping is charged separately and is not included in your treatment estimate; the exact return charge will be confirmed with your final treatment.

Packing instructions and the shipping address are sent with your reviewed next steps, after your estimate — please do not ship before then.

After you approve, work begins, you will be told when your crown is ready, and return shipping is arranged then.
