Thank you for shopping with The Wig Medics! Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards, please carefully review our return policy before purchasing.

Hair Bundles - Returns Accepted Within 2 Days of Delivery: You have 2 business days from the delivery date to initiate a return for hair bundles only. Products must be:

• Unopened and in original packaging
• Completely unused and untouched
• In resalable condition with all tags and seals intact

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery to request a return authorization
2. Ship the item back within 2 business days of receiving authorization
3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
4. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit
5. Store credit only - NO CASH REFUNDS
6. Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Non-Refundable Items (FINAL SALE):

• All Lashes: Final sale - no returns or exchanges
• All Wigs (Factory & Custom): Final sale - no returns or exchanges
• Medical Units: Final sale - no returns or exchanges
• Toupees: Final sale - no returns or exchanges
• Custom Wig Orders (Made-to-Order): Final sale due to their custom nature
• Any opened, used, or altered products
• Items returned after the 2-day window

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you. No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective items.

Order Adjustments: If you need to make changes to your order before it ships, a $10 administration fee will apply.
