Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing The Wig Medics! We are committed to providing reliable shipping services and aim to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Processing Times:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items (Lashes, Bundles, Factory Wigs): Ships within 1-3 business days
  • Custom Wig Orders (Made-to-Order): Up to 2 weeks (14 business days) for processing. A consultation is required for all custom wig orders and must be scheduled within the first week of your order.

Shipping Time: All orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. Delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days after processing. Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only.

Total Timeline:

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 6-10 business days total (1-3 days processing + 5-7 days shipping)
  • Custom Wig Orders: Up to 3 weeks total (up to 14 days processing + 5-7 days shipping)

Please Note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays
  • During sales or promotional periods, processing times may be extended
  • Processing times for custom wigs may reach up to 30 business days during peak periods

Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept all major credit cards
  • Billing and shipping addresses must match
  • We reserve the right to request additional verification for payment and shipping if necessary
  • Any attempt at credit card fraud or merchandise theft will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law

Order Adjustments: If you need to make changes to your order after it is placed, a $10 administration fee will apply.

Shipping Errors and Delays:

  • We strive to ship orders within the specified timeframe. However, please allow extra time in case of weather, natural events, or other unforeseen delays
  • Any shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days from the delivery date
  • If an incorrect item is shipped, we will promptly resend the correct product or issue a refund after the incorrect item is returned

Note: The Wig Medics reserves the right to change the delivery method to a comparable method. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
